Studio amenities includes :

  1. Air conditioned room.
  2. Photoshoot properties. 
  3. Changing room equipped with mirror and table for make-up purposes. 
  4. Steam iron and clothes rack.
  5. Designated Wifi.
  6. Lighting GODOX SL60w.
  7. Paper and cloth background.

Services provided (please contact us through WA)  :

  • Photographer and Videographer.
  • Catalogue photoshoot service.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking process must be done through the website samanoea-rents.odoo.com. Full payment is required upfront and no refunds are allowed for cancellations. 
  2. Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of once, provided the schedule is still available. Notify admin via WhatsApp at least 1 day before. Please include the Confirmation Order obtained from the website. 
  3. Studio rental does not include a photographer. 
  4. Please provide the name of the brand/product that will be brought into the studio. 
  5. Studio capacity is a maximum of 8 people. If exceeding capacity, please wait outside the studio.
  6. Please arrive and leave the studio on time. No extra time will be added if late. 
  7. Client makeup and preparation time are included in the studio rental time. 
  8. Additional rental fees will apply if the studio is occupied more than 15 minutes after the rental period ends. 
  9. Inform the front office before the rental period ends if additional time/overtime is required (if slots are available). 
  10. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. 
  11. Pets are not allowed in the studio. 
  12. Please maintain cleanliness; food and drinks should be left at the front office and are not allowed inside the studio. 
  13. Please remove footwear upon entering the studio; shoes are only permitted for models. We provide footwear for studio use. 
  14. Props may be moved as needed but please return them to their original positions after use. 
  15. Any loss and damage to Samanoea's property during the rental period are the client's responsibility. The client must replace the item at its value or pay for repair/cleaning costs. ​
  16. Loss or damage to client-owned items is not Samanoea's responsibility. Please check your belongings before leaving. 
  17. Payment implies acceptance of the above rules.
  1. Proses booking wajib melalui website samanoea-rents.odoo.com. Pembayaran penuh di awal dan tidak bisa refund jika melakukan pembatalan.
  2. Reschedule maksimum 1 kali selama jadwal masih tersedia. Perubahan jadwal maksimum H-1 melalui admin WA. Mohon mencantumkan Confirmation Order yang diperoleh dari website.
  3. Sewa studio tidak termasuk fotografer.
  4. Mohon mengisi nama brand/produk yang akan dibawa ke studio.
  5. Kapasitas studio adalah maksimum 8 orang. Jika melebihi kapasitas mohon menunggu di luar ruangan studio.
  6. Mohon datang dan meninggalkan studio tepat waktu. Tidak ada penambahan waktu jika datang terlambat.
  7. Waktu make-up dan persiapan client termasuk dalam waktu sewa studio.
  8. Biaya tambahan sewa akan berlaku jika meninggalkan studio lebih dari 15 menit setelah waktu sewa berakhir.
  9. Jika ada penambahan waktu/overtime mohon menginfokan kepada front office sebelum waktu sewa berakhir (jika slot masih tersedia).
  10. Dilarang merokok dan menggunakan vape.
  11. Dilarang membawa hewan peliharaan ke studio.
  12. Mohon menjaga kebersihan, makanan dan minuman dititipkan ke front office dan tidak diperkenankan dibawa masuk ke studio.
  13. Harap melepas alas kaki memasuki studio, Sepatu hanya diperbolehkan digunakan oleh model. Kami menyediakan alas kaki untuk studio.
  14. Properti dapat dipindahkan sesuai kebutuhan dan harap dikembalikan ke posisi semula sebelum pemakaian,
  15. Kehilangan dan kerusakan properti Samanoea selama penyewaan menjadi tanggung jawab client. Client wajib mengganti senilai barang tersebut/ membayar biaya perbaikan/pembersihan.
  16. Kehilangan dan kerusakan barang milik client bukan merupakan tanggung jawab Samanoea. Mohon memeriksa kelengkapannya sebelum meninggalkan tempat.
  17. Membayar berarti client menyetujui peraturan di atas.
