Facilities

Meeting space amenities includes :

  1. Air conditioned room.
  2. HDMI cable.
  3. Glassboard. 
  4. Designated Wifi.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking process must be done through the website samanoea-rents.odoo.com. Full payment is required upfront and no refunds are allowed for cancellations. 
  2. Rescheduling is allowed maximum once, subject to availability, and must be done at least 1 day before via Whatsapp. Please provide the Confirmation Order obtained from the website. 
  3. Please arrive on time and vacate the meeting room punctually. Additional time will not be granted for late arrival. 
  4. Additional rental fees will apply if the meeting room is occupied more than 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. 
  5. For overtime requests, please inform the front office before the scheduled end time (if slots are available). 
  6. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. 
  7. Pets are not allowed in the meeting room. 
  8. Loss or damage to Samanoea's property during the rental period is the responsibility of the client. The client is required to replace the item(s) or pay for repair/cleaning costs accordingly.
  9. Loss or damage to client property is not Samanoea's responsibility. Please check for completeness before leaving the premises. 
  10. Payment implies the client agrees to the above regulations.
  1. Proses booking wajib melalui website samanoea-rents.odoo.com. Pembayaran penuh di awal dan tidak bisa refund jika melakukan pembatalan.
  2. Reschedule maksimum 1 kali selama jadwal masih tersedia. Maksimum H-1 melalui admin WA. Mohon mencantumkan Confirmation Order yang diperoleh dari website.
  3. Mohon datang dan meninggalkan meeting room tepat waktu. Penambahan waktu tidak akan diberikan jika datang terlambat.
  4. Biaya tambahan sewa akan berlaku jika meninggalkan ruang meeting lebih dari 15 menit setelah waktu sewa berakhir.
  5. Jika ada penambahan waktu/overtime mohon menginfokan kepada front office sebelum waktu sewa berakhir (jika slot masih tersedia).
  6. Dilarang merokok dan menggunakan vape.
  7. Dilarang membawa hewan peliharaan ke ruang meeting.
  8. Kehilangan dan kerusakan properti Samanoea selama penyewaan menjadi tanggung jawab client. Client wajib mengganti senilai barang tersebut/ membayar biaya perbaikan/pembersihan.
  9. Kehilangan dan kerusakan barang milik client bukan merupakan tanggung jawab Samanoea. Mohon memeriksa kelengkapannya sebelum meninggalkan tempat.
  10. Membayar berarti client menyetujui peraturan di atas.
